Most of this tree has finished blossoming, but this small bunch of flowers is protected by the greenery.
A pair of swallows has set up a nest in our carport. I know very little about the nesting habits of swallows, but I guess we’re about to find out! I rather like the jaunty angle of the feathers they’ve collected – a stylishly decorated nest.
One of the pair roosts a foot or so away from the nest – I don’t know if its the male or if they take turns on the nest.
