Sunday afternoon’s drive was to a place closer to home – the Baker’s Creek Falls lookout at the head of the Metz Gorge. The late afternoon light was the wrong angle for a good photo, but this image provides an idea of the gorge – although the bottom of it is not actually visible here! The falls themselves are out of the picture, to the right – it’s been dry lately, so there wasn’t much water in them.
The dogs enjoyed having a good sniff of new places.
